Nestled in the heart of Pennsylvania, the Honesdale Golf Club stands as one of the state's oldest and most revered golf establishments. Chartered in 1900, this historic club has been a cornerstone of the community, offering an unparalleled golfing experience for over a century. In 2024, we are honored to announce the establishment of our new 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation, the Honesdale Golf Heritage Club, Inc.

Philanthropic support is now more crucial than ever as we strive to advance the game of golf. Your generous contributions enable us to build resilience and continue delivering a thriving, welcoming, and sustainable golf experience for current and future generations.

The mission of the Honesdale Golf Heritage Club, Inc. is to foster community-based programs that enhance the health, education, and welfare of children and members of Wayne County, Pennsylvania. Through fundraising, volunteer recruitment, scholarship provision, and promoting the love for golf, we aim to make a meaningful impact in our community.

Our 18-hole golf course is renowned for its challenging layout, featuring varying tee locations and some of the finest greens in the sport. The course plays as a PAR 35 on both the front and back nine. A testament to its challenge and prestige, the course record is held by our very own member and Masters Champion, Art Wall Jr., who achieved an extraordinary round of 58 (27 on the front nine and 31 on the back nine) in 1942.

Our mission is clear: To promote the game of golf and its values through education and charity at Honesdale Golf Club. We invite you to join us in this mission by donating to our 501(c)(3) non-profit organization.

Official By-Laws of Honesdale Golf Heritage Club, Inc. established on thefirst day of March in the year 2024 with Founding Officers and Board of Directors: Dr. Scott D. Miller, President and CEO, Dan Pahls, Vice President and Treasurer, Patricia Buris, Secretary, and Timothy Wood.
